A dance show in aid of Swindon mental health charity the Kelly Foundation will be held on Sunday 11 May from 1pm opposite Waterstones in the town centre.
The German Sparkle Party fundraiser is being laid on by pro-Europe group Dance Europa, and is billed as a fun celebration of VE Day and Rejoin Day.
As part of it a 6ft European Star sculpture is being driven down all the way from Hereford especially for the event.
The star is currently on a tour of the UK throughout May eventually coming to Westminster on 19 May for the EU/UK summit.
Dance Europa, which is part of the Swindon for Europe campaign, promises funky dancing, traditional Bavarian dancing, a quirky fashion show involving different European styles, a game of ballet football and the chance for everybody who wants to dance to have a go - as well as donating to the cause.
A spokesperson for Dance Europa said the show was celebrating Europe in aid of adult mental health.
