Halo Staffing says it is proud to announce the launch of its three-year collaboration with Wiltshire Air Ambulance by donating 10% of its revenue to their essential, lifesaving services.
When seconds can be the difference between life and death, Halo Staffing says it understands having access to reliable medical attention is crucial.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance (WAA) is a local charity that provides an essential helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) across Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas.
Together Halo Staffing and WAA hope to raise awareness of the positive impact they have in various communities and promote the care training course, Standard 12 - Basic Life Support, (offered by Halo Staffing).
Halo Staffing are specialists in providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions within Health and Social Care.
The firm operates across England and Wales with plans to become the first choice Health and Social Care service for staffing solutions. In this collaboration, Halo Staffing will provide much needed funds by donating 10% of revenue from all sales of this course.
Scott Shill, Managing Director commented: “Having visited the base, I am thoroughly inspired by the dedication and enthusiasm of everyone I met at Wiltshire Air Ambulance while providing an essential service.”
Wiltshire Air Ambulance Corporate Partnerships Lead, Naomi Barker, said: “Each year we need to raise £4 million to keep the helicopter flying and continue saving lives. We receive no regular direct Government funding or National Lottery, so we have to rely on generous donations from the public and local businesses, such as Halo Staffing, to help support our lifesaving work.
"We’re very excited and privileged that Halo Staffing have chosen us as their first charity to support. We can’t wait to see what the next three years bring!”
Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Halo Staffing will continue working together to promote their mission of saving lives over their three-year collaboration.
As the two organisations strive towards their common goal, they say they hope to inspire the public to make a difference in other people’s lives, towards saving lives and promoting a better, safer world.
