A very special Halloween Ball will be held at Blunsdon House Hotel on Saturday 31 October.
The event, running from 7pm until late. will be entirely in support of Prospect Hospice, which provides end-of-life care for patients throughout the area and compassionate support for their loved ones.
Attractions at the ball, which is aimed at adults, will include a hot buffet, live music from popular covers band Mojo, a raffle and an auction.
Costumes are positively encouraged, with a prize for the best overall, and organisers Mandy Martin and Julie Hennessy said: "Join us for a night of frightful fun, great entertainment and fantastic company!
"All profits from this event will be donated to Prospect Hospice."
The two are veteran fundraisers for good causes, and have been ther driving forces behind countless charity events.
