Officers investigating a robbery in Swindon town centre have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify.
The incident happened at approximately 4.40pm on Wednesday 12 June.
A vulnerable man aged in his 50s was at the back entrance of the Brunel West car park when he was approached by a man who threatened him with violence. He then stole a small amount of cash and a bottle of alcohol from the victim.
He ran off in the direction of Milton Road.
The victim walked back towards Iceland and reported the incident to a security guard who informed the police.
We have been conducting enquiries in relation to this incident and now have a CCTV image of a man we’d like to speak to in connection with the robbery.
