A-Level celebrations at he Ridgeway School & Sixth Form

Sixth formers from The Ridgeway School & Sixth Form in Wroughton - part of The White Horse Federation - are celebrating their A Level and Vocational qualifications results today.

These results, federation chiefs say, are testament to the hard work and commitment of students, who have shown exceptional dedication throughout their studies through consistent effort, high attendance, independent study, participation in additional support and revision sessions, and a determination to overcome challenges and achieve their very best.

Some individual successes include:

- Farrleigh who secured 4 A*s and has earned a place at the University of Cambridge to study Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology.
- Adam received 4 A*s and leaves us to pursue his place at the University of Oxford to study Mathematics.
- Jacob achieved an A* and 2 As and will study English Language and Literature at the University of Oxford.
- Frances achieved an A* and two As and will study Chemistry at the University of Bath.
- Evan achieved an A* and two As and will study Economics at the University of Bristol.
- Katie achieved two As and a B and will study English Literature at the University of Sheffield.
- Paige achieved BBC and has a Business, Administration and Marketing Apprenticeship with Oak and Sprout Toy Company.

Helen Buttery, Headteacher of Ridgeway School, said: ‘We are exceptionally proud of all of our students and grateful to our families for their unswerving support and trust.
