Invited guests took to the catwalk to model some of the clothes on offer at a newly opened town centre charity shop - in a fashion show with a twist.
The new shop, in The Parade, will raise funds for the Swindon Domestic Abuse Support service - formerly known as Swindon Women’s Aid.
Strutting their stuff were Wiltshire Police and Crime Commissioner, Angus Macpherson; former Swindon Mayor, Junab Ali; Ian Jeary from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service. And media make-up students from New College were on hand to inject a bit of glamour into proceedings.
Swindon Women's Aid is a domestic abuse service for the Swindon area. The service operates a free and confidential 24 hour service to support those who need help to exit their abusive relationships safely, and provide emergency refuge to those who need to flee their homes due to the violence and abuse.
The charity helpline is 01793 610610. For more information log on to: https://www.swindonwomensaid.org
