Omaze has launched its latest prize draw - a quintessential country home in the Cotswolds worth £4,000,000, along with £250,000 in cash - with paid entries starting from just £15.
One lucky person is guaranteed to win a spectacular period house in the Cotswolds worth £4,000,000, along with £250,000 in cash, as part of a new prize draw raising vital funds for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cotswolds, will get the keys to a beautifully refurbished country house comprising a four-bedroom main house and a separate two-bedroom cottage, set within an acre of landscaped gardens, complete with rolling countryside views in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Located near Cirencester, the characterful property is a harmonious blend of original period features, flawlessly combined with modern luxuries, celebrating its heritage while embracing contemporary living.
The house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, plus £175,000 worth of furnishings. The eventual winner will also receive £250,000 in cash to help them settle in, and can choose to either live in the house, rent it out for supplementary income, or sell up to become a cash multi-millionaire.
If the winner decides to keep the stunning property, the £250,000 would enable them to run the house for many years.
If they choose to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of around £12,500 - £15,000 per month.
As well as making the lucky winner a multi-millionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cotswolds, will raise money to support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity helps The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust deliver world-leading research that benefits cancer patients worldwide. The partnership is backed by The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity Ambassador Benedict Cumberbatch.
Benedict said: “The Royal Marsden is very close to my heart, and I’ve seen first-hand the impact of their incredible work.
“The hospital improves the lives of cancer patients globally and this would not be possible without the generosity of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity’s supporters.
“Every person who enters the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cotswolds can join me in supporting The Royal Marsden’s plans to transform its Chelsea site, creating space to treat more patients and conduct further pioneering research which will save even more lives for generations to come and give hope to families affected by cancer, everywhere.”
James Oakes, President of Omaze, said: “Everyone at Omaze is immensely proud to be partnering with The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity for our latest house draw.
“By offering this beautiful country house in the Cotswolds, plus £250,000 in cash, Omaze gives people the chance to win a life-changing prize, while also raising vital funds for an incredible cause.
“The lucky winner will have several fantastic options available to them such as moving into the stunning property, renting it out for a supplementary income, or selling up and cashing in whenever they wish to become a multi-millionaire, the choice is entirely theirs. Whatever they decide to do, winning will be truly life-changing for them and their loved ones.”
