After launching a new interactive story trail, inSwindon BID are inviting people to join the Dinosaur Detective squad.

Saturday 4 September saw the launch of inSwindon BID's Autumn Interactive Story Trail in Swindon town centre. The event will continue to run each weekend from Sunday 12 September - Sunday 31 October.
A spokesperson for the event said: "Lavender the woodland fairy had plenty of willing helpers to assist her tracking down her best friend Simon’s missing dinosaur roar.
"Keen detectives, young and old, followed the magical story trail of scrolls around the town centre in order to solve the mystery and find Simon's roar. Great fun was had by all as delightful Lavender the Fairy, friendly Simon the T-Rex and other woodland friends led the way."
Families are invited to meet Lavender the Fairy, her best friend Simon the Dinosaur and other cheeky woodland friends on their special visits to Swindon Town Centre.
The meeting of the characters event will run from 11am - 3pm.
The story trail consists of ten giant scrolls that are located around the town centre telling the tale. Each scroll has a QR Code which can be scanned to bring the story to life.
