Emily's Pole Fitness - based in Swindon's town centre - is opening its studio doors this weekend to members of the public for free taster sessions.

On Saturday 6 August, the staff at Emily's Pole Fitness (EPF) will be inviting people to try out and learn more about their fitness equipment - including their poles, aerial hoops and aerial silks.

The studio can be found on Edgeware Road in the centre of Swindon town (SN1 1HE).

The free 20-minute taster sessions will run from 12pm - 4pm.

There will also be demonstrations and performances from instructors and EPF students throughout the day.

A spokesperson for EPF said of the event: "Everyone is welcome, feel free to pop along and see what we’re all about. We are an LGBTQ+ safe zone."

The fitness business used to be based at Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, but has since found its new home in Swindon's town centre this summer.
