Swindon Borough Council's Building Control Team are hosting a free 'Getting the Builders In' workshop for residents who are looking for advice with extending their home.
Building Control Surveyors and Trading Standards Officers will be on-hand to explain how building designs can be made to comply with planning and building regulations, offer tips on finding a good builder and how to make sure the building work delivers what you want from your extension.
The workshop will be held via Microsoft Team on Thursday, 28 January at 5pm.
