A delivery driver working for FedEx Express has been branded a 'hero' for performing emergency CPR on a gentleman who suffered a heart attack whilst out walking with his wife.

Jordan Attenborough, who works at the FedEx station in Swindon, was completing his deliveries when he saw the gentleman fall to the pavement, with his distraught wife by his side.

Having previously trained as a first-aider, Jordan immediately stopped to perform emergency CPR on the gentleman, whilst they waited for an air ambulance to escort him to hospital. Upon arriving, the paramedics informed Jordan that his actions may have saved the man's life.

The victim's son has since praised Jordan for ensuring his father made it to hospital, where he is now receiving treatment, thanks to Jordan's actions.
