A Wiltshire housebuilder is calling on house hunters to take advantage of a free online webinar hosted by property experts in the region.
It will take place between 6.30pm and 7.15pm on Wednesday 25 March, and David Wilson Redrow South West will team up with financial experts from The Mortgage Brain to help budding property seekers navigate the new build journey.
David Wilson Redrow South West is currently building at Orchards Rise and Canalside at Wichelstowe, Badbury Park in Swindon and Buckley Gardens in Melksham, with Elm Grove at Drynham Lane in Trowbridge expected to launch this spring.
The online session will provide would-be buyers with clear, practical guidance on mortgages and offer advice on how they can prepare an application, manage finances and navigate the steps involved in buying a new build.
With over 55 years of combined mortgage experience, experts will offer guidance, share practical tips and explain the schemes designed to help people take their first or next step on the property ladder.
Louise Ware, sales director for David Wilson Redrow South West, said: "We understand the time pressures that many buyers face, which is why we want to bring this advice directly to them.
"With 60 sign-ups soon after the registration went live, it’s clear there is strong demand among first-time buyers for expert guidance."
