Two year old Jack has been helping his mum Kayleigh in the kitchen during this lockdown. Here's his recipe for banana bread.
The recipe for my banana bread
3 overripe bananas (Mashed)
200g of self raising flour (Sifted)
I tsp of bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp of baking power
50g of room temperature butter
1 large egg
I tsp vanilla extract
Bake in fan oven @ 180° for 50 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Dust with icing sugar, eat whilst warm, really large portions.
