Toddler Jack's Lockdown Recipes - Banana Bread

Two year old Jack has been helping his mum Kayleigh in the kitchen during this lockdown. Here's his recipe for banana bread.

The recipe for my banana ?? bread ??

3 overripe bananas (Mashed)
200g of self raising flour (Sifted)
I tsp of bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp of baking power
50g of room temperature butter
1 large egg
I tsp vanilla extract

Bake in fan oven @ 180° for 50 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

Dust with icing sugar, eat whilst warm, really large portions.

Normal yield: 10 servings
COVID19 crisis yield: 5 servings
