The Kentwood Show Choir will be celebrating their 60th anniversary with a Gala performance on Sunday 23 June at The Wyvern Theatre.
Featuring Steve Parker and The Little Big Band, the Gala performance, One Night Only, will celebrate 60 years of music making.
Former members of the Kentwood Choir will be invited to join in with a rendetion of 'Climb Ev'ry Mountain' on stage during the performance.
The Kentwood Show Choir have announced that they have raised over £2million for Charity in the 60 years since the choirs creation. This year, the choir will be supporting the Ridgeway Breast Care Support Group.
Set up by Sheila Harrod in 1964, The Kentwood Show Choir are now one of the country's leading show choirs. They have performed in Germany, Austria, California, Poland, Romania, Ireland and Spain. National television appearances include 'Bob says Opportunity Knocks', 'Noel's House Party' and 'Songs of Praise'.
