Only four houses remain unsold at a new Swindon development where construction is nearing its final stages.

Bellway began work at Tadpole Rise, off William Morris Way, almost four years ago, and since then has been building a total of 201 homes across two phases.

With four homes remaining to be built, the final residents at Tadpole Rise are due to move into their new homes in October.

The second phase consists of 107 new homes, of which 75 are for private sale, and 32 are being provided as affordable housing for local people through rent or shared ownership.

The four properties remaining for sale at Tadpole Rise are four-bedroom designs, with prices starting from £374,995 for the Oak – a semi-detached property with accommodation extending over three floors and a detached double garage.

There is an open-plan kitchen/family/dining room and a separate living room downstairs, while two of the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms.

The detached Magnolia, meanwhile, is priced from £444,500. This property features an open-plan kitchen, breakfast and family area, a utility room, a living room and a dining room on the ground floor.

Bedrooms one and two on the first floor benefit from en suite shower rooms, with the remaining bedrooms accessing the family bathroom. 

Tadpole Rise is located on the edge of open countryside, yet lies within a 20-minute drive of Swindon town centre’s shops, places to eat and entertainment facilities.
