Two year old Jack has been cooking up a storm during lockdown with a little help from his mum Kayleigh. This week we have his yoghurt pancake recipe.
150ml Greek yoghurt
1 egg
Beat together then add 150ml milk
150g of sifted self raising flour - you should have a lovely thick batter
Add Olive oil to a hot non stick frying pan.
2 mins each side roughly on a med heat.
Makes about 6 servings
I add honey, berries & banana which is soooo nice on it and then sprinkled with chia seeds thank me later
It also goes well with strawberries.
