Channel 4 are currently searching for families in Swindon who would like to take part in Kirstie and Phil’s Love It or List It.
Love it or List it is a 60-minute programme hosted by property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer. Each programme features a family struggling with a common dilemma: their home doesn’t work for them anymore and one side of the family are keen to stay and make their current home better; but the other side of the family want to sell up and move.
The great news for anyone involved in the show is that whatever decision they make, they have two of the top property experts on their side and by the end of the filming; they will have a newly renovated property to either live in themselves or to place on the market.
A spokesperson said: “Do you and your partner have a love/hate relationship with your house?
Do they love it but the lack of space drives you up the wall? Do they love the location but you're desperate for an upgrade? Or have you both simply run out of options and ideas?
