Taking place over the Easter bank holiday weekend and coinciding with local school holidays there are more than 40 National Trust Easter trails to choose from across the south west.
Jam-packed with outdoor activities and experiences, every single Easter trail is different. From nature-inspired crafts, egg and spoon races and welly wanging to den-building, seed planting and much more. Explore mazes and meadows, kitchen gardens and orchards, parkland and woodland bursting with the signs of spring.
Designed with families in mind each National Trust Easter trail features activity stations, showcasing the cheery signs of spring, from bursting buds, daffodils in bloom to frolicking lambs and spring birdsong.
And of course, every trail ends with a chocolate egg, or a vegan ‘Free-From’ chocolate egg, made here in the UK using cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.

Join us this spring for a nature inspired Easter Adventure. Follow the eggs to find each of our ten activity stations and take part in the fun and games. The trail can be completed in any order, but don’t forget to collect your prize at the end. If you would prefer a shorter trail, look out for our beautiful butterflies. There are eggs marking their location on your trail map.
