Between Saturday 23 July - Sunday 4 September the National Trust will be holding various summer events for families to enjoy.
Visitors to the garden at Stourhead in Wiltshire are invited to discover a brand-new pavilion of play, designed to inspire everyone to get a little closer to nature.
A spokesperson for the summer programme said: "After experimenting with a giant ear trumpet and humungous periscope amongst other inventive things, families can make their way to the ‘Let’s Play’ meadow, where little ones can run, play, and discover the local flora and fauna."
Attendees can expect look-out points to survey the surroundings and secret hidey-holes. There will be daily lawn games, an art corner, a racetrack and volunteer-led craft activities throughout the summer holiday period.
