A brand new family Christmas event will be coming to Newbury Racecourse this November.
The team at Underbelly and Newbury Racecourse say they are delighted to announce the arrival of a brand new large scale Christmas event for 2022 - The Great Christmas Carnival at Newbury Racecourse.
From the producers of the acclaimed Edinburgh’s Christmas, Christmas in Leicester Square, and Christmas in Trafalgar Square, the new winter extravaganza will take place at Newbury Racecourse, and feature a whole host of festive attractions including rides, live shows, ice skating, and Father Christmas himself.
The one sleigh stop will run from Sunday 27 November - Monday 2 January 2023, with Friday 25 and Saturday 26 November open following the racing action, as an exclusive sneak peek for Newbury Racecourse’s Coral Gold Cup ticket holders.
Registration for ticket information is now open at www.newburygreatchristmascarnival.com, which also offers early-bird sign ups and the opportunity to win one of three personalised carnival packages, to the value of £200 each.
The full programme of attractions and live shows will be released in early October.

"Having accommodated a wealth of successful events on the track over the past decade, Newbury Racecourse is the perfect spot to welcome the carnival, with excellent transport links to wider Berkshire, London and its surrounding areas. Welcoming children and adults alike, the major festive event promises a safe and family friendly day out and is guaranteed to be the South’s must visit attraction for the holiday season."
World-leading live entertainment company, Underbelly is said to have produced some of the nation’s best-loved winter events including the internationally renowned Edinburgh’s Christmas, Christmas in Leicester Square, and Christmas in Trafalgar Square, with The Great Christmas Carnival at Newbury Racecourse being a new addition to the festive calendar.
