The National Garden Scheme has announced three new gardens to explore in Wiltshire this July.

Three very different gardens each with their own distinct personality situated on Preshute Lane in the picturesque village of Manton, will hold an open garden event on Sunday 27 July between 2pm-4pm.

Peacock Cottage, the largest, has sweeping lawns with large herbaceous beds packed with summer colour, rose bed, mature trees, parterre, and wildflower area creating an interesting journey. An exotic bed sits near the house providing a lush, tropical oasis.

Greentrees has an eclectic mix of herbaceous and shrub borders, trees, raised flower bed and various secret seating areas. Potted plants adorn the doorway on arrival.

The Old Post Office is a thatched house with a contemporary and pretty small courtyard, consisting of a raised flower bed and private seating area.
