Swindon Palestine Solidarity are looking for volunteers and sponsors to help with their event on Saturday 20 July at Great Western Park (Faringdon Park).

Organiser Kate Linnegar said: "Many people in our community have already stepped up to offer stalls, activities, music, financial support, help setting up and on the day, but we need more people to make this a really big success. Can you join us?
"We continue our work to raise awareness of the situation in Palestine and to raise money for Palestinian charities, including a well being built in Gaza."
The family event will host speakers Professor David Miller who until recently was the Professor of political sociology at the University of Bristol, Dr Ramzy Baroud who has written about Palestine and the Middle East for over 20 years, and Palestinian journalist Ahmed Alnaouq who lost 21 members of his family in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza.
British Palestinian rapper and spoken word artist Speit will be performing alongside local bands and artists.
Kate added: "This will be a wonderful day to experience Palestinian culture: cooking, embroidery, henna, poetry and music.
"A day to peruse books about Palestine, find out more about the plight of the Palestinians at our information stand, and write your name in Arabic.
"A day to meet your local campaigners for Palestine, find out how you can get involved locally, and keep the kids entertained with kite making, craft tables, a circus skills workshop, bouncy castles and Swindon kids got talent competition."
The event runs from 11am to 4pm and is free to attend.
