The Prime Theatre team (based in Swindon) have announced that they are looking for a Youth Wellbeing Officer to join them.
Prime Theatre says that the Youth Wellbeing Officer is a new and dynamic role to offer encouragement, advice and service signposting to young people on the Creative Arts Programme (CAP).
The Prime team are looking for someone to join them for 21 hours a week. The individuals will be be responsible for delivering ongoing pastoral support to young people as they transition through and from Prime’s programme.
The salary for the role is £14,500 per annum, and individuals will work as part of an 18-month contract.
This role is said to actively support the delivery and moderation of Arts Award qualifications.
A spokesperson from Prime said: "This is a great opportunity to shape an important new role at Prime and to help us create an integrated approach to arts engagement in Swindon."
The application closing date for the role is Friday 3 February, at 10am. Interviews will then be held on Thursday 9 February.
Prime Theatre are a theatre organisation for children and young adults, based at Swindon's Wyvern. They put on productions, host youth theatre sessions, provide work placements, educate young people in schools and more.
