An event to show people new homes at different stages of construction was held at Bellway’s Redlands Grove development near Swindon.

Potential homebuyers were given hard hats, hi-vis jackets and work boots to take a tour of the site off Wanborough Road on Saturday 16 September.
They were able to see inside a range of partially built properties, including The Goldsmith, The Turner, The Cooper and The Chandler housetypes, as well as finding out about the energy-efficient design of new-build homes and the processes involved in their construction.
Christel Hawkins, Sales Manager for Bellway South West, said: “The Dusty Boots event at Redlands Grove gave those who have already reserved a home a chance to look at the progress of the build and also enabled potential purchasers to come along to find out more about what’s on offer.
“It was a good opportunity for people to see for themselves why new-build homes are more energy efficient, thanks to the increased insulation incorporated into their design.
“We also appreciated being able to develop connections with customers, to answer any questions they might have and make their homebuying journey even easier.”
Bellway is building 81 homes in the first phase of Redlands Grove, part of a wider new neighbourhood of up to 370 new homes on the former Redlands Airfield.
This first phase of development includes 65 two, three and four-bedroom houses for private sale and 16 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.
There’s currently a choice of two, three and four-bedroom houses currently available to reserve at Redlands Grove, with prices starting from £324,995.
