Local theatre company The Scullions will be performing their new show next month, at the Swindon Hub.
Saturday 11 February will see The Scullions bring their new show 'Cycles' to the Swindon Hub.
A spokesperson from the company said: "Cycles is a play about identity, relationships and self-acceptance. The play highlights how generational trauma can not only cause lasting effects within us, but also can affect how we explore the world and how we form relationships as we grow through life, find our independence and build our own family units.
"Cycles explores three pivotal relationships in Barney’s life, that with his older brother Jake, his long-term partner Sarah and himself. We present these relationships in a non-linear fashion across different key moment’s in Barney’s past and present. Examining the cycles that exist within a life, how they can dictate our fate as a repeat of what has come before or how we can break them to stride our own path."
The play is an original piece from The Scullions, that takes inspiration from the film 'Cycles' by Oscar Wenman-Hyde.
It was written by India Rodgers, Nicholas Downton-Cooper and Luke Ashley-Tame, and is directed by Phoebe Mulcahy.
The performance will run from 3pm - 5pm, and tickets can be purchased at https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/thescullions/cycles-at-the-swindon-hub/e-rklzge
