Swindon Paint Fest will be held again across the weekend of 2 & 3 September.
With its first event held in the town last October, the main aim of the festival is to showcase and initiate murals and street art into Swindon's centre and beyond, as part of the town’s regeneration and bring a positive change in people’s perception of Swindon.
The Paint Fest team say artist open calls will commence sometime this week, and that members of the public can keep a lookout on their Facebook page for updates - https://www.facebook.com/swindonpaintfest or www.instagram.com/swindonpaintfest
Organisers have also set up a GoFundMe page to help raise funds. The page can be found at https://www.gofundme.com/f/swindon-paint-fest-2023.
A spokesperson for the festival said: "A free and inclusive event for all, Swindon Paint Fest 2022 was very well received by the public and the most feedback received was that “Swindon needs more” so here we are! Building off the success of last year's event, your funding would allow us to hold a bigger and bolder one!
"Thank you in advance, every penny really counts and we'd appreciate any form of help!"
Businesses are welcome to make contributions to the Swindon Paint Fest in other means as well, by donating a wall, or paying a monetary donation. Those interested can reach out to the Paint Fest team directly at
