Talk In Code will be bringing new single Something of Nothing to gigs this summer.

The Swindon indie-pop band are kicking off 2024 with the release, which is bursting with 80s vibes.

With themes such as taking things at face value, over-analysing and one person wanting more from the relationship than the other, the song features the distinctive character which listeners will instantly recognise as belonging to one of our freshest local talents.

Something of Nothing, like all the band's recent releases, was recorded with Sam Winfield at Studio 91 in Newbury, which has been host to other artists such as Amber Run, The Amazons and Fickle Friends.

The song will be available via Regent Street Records on all streaming services from 1 March.

With backing from BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio networks, Talk In Code have achieved streaming placements on platforms such as Apple Music, SoundCloud and Flo. Ever growing in popularity, so far, they have amassed over 400,000 streams.

In July and August, Talk in Code will be taking time out from their busy 2024 gig schedule performing with the likes of Ash, Sleeper and My Life Story to perform in your local area. with gigs scheduled throughout the summer in Minety, Devizes, Bradford-on-Avon, Swindon and Box near Chippenham.
