The Highworth music festival will be returning for another two days on the 4 and 5 of July. Friday will see WrdeUp Warm Up bring a nostalgic throw back with a 90’s & 00’s night brought to you by the incredible Swindon loop-pedal and vocal master - Mr Jordan Marvell.
Following him, the ‘In-Here Brothers’ guitar duo bring their eclectic mix of music to keep you dancing ready for the Friday headliners…the amazing Rave Against the Regime. These guys have been on the Swindon event and music scene for a while and regularly sell out venues across the town, they provide the most epic music mash-ups!
Saturday WrdeUp Festival brings you the best entertainment for a day-long event you’ll be talking about for years to come. Headlining the show is The Marley Experience, a celebration of the great Bob Marley himself.
A spokesperson said: “We will welcome a number of local and community groups from the town including Chelsea Millard opening the stage and performances from Warneford and Westrop school pupils.
“Swindon legend, DJ Paul Carroll will again be gracing the WrdeUp audience with his mad-mixes and we’re elated to bring Bristol-based award winners “The Scribes” to the stage with their unique style of hip-hop come beat-boxing extravaganza! Plus many more incredible artists for you to enjoy.
