Due to popular demand, the Wyvern Theatre's Swap Shop event will return early next month.
The event will be held on Tuesday 7 February from 7pm in the theatre's Spotlight Room.
Members of the public are invited to bring along clean items that are like new in condition (no stains or tears). The Wyvern team recommend bringing between 10 - 20 items to swap, and bringing bag to take their swapped items home in.
Prior to the event opening to the public, organisers will be placing the items in size categories. When the doors open, the hosts will explain everything with a short introduction, and then let attendees swap and take as they wish.
Staff say attendees are welcome to take as much as they like, but to only take the things they really love.
Entry is priced at £5.
The Swap Shop event will also be raising funds for the Wyvern's Memory Cafe.
The Memory Cafe is a free service where those living with Dementia and their carers, friends and families can meet, talk, and join in with a variety of activities once a month.
Cafe attendees can meet with other people, and have the opportunity to speak to support workers, medical practitioners, advisors etc, for information and help.
