Signal Festival and Kelmscott Manor are inviting young artists aged 18-25 to apply for a five day residency.
The residency takes place on 21 - 25 July at the inspirational home of designer, maker, writer and revolutionary socialist, William Morris (1834-1896). The residency comes with a stipend of £500, which has been generously provided by The Arts Society Upper Thames.
This opportunity is part of Kelmscott Manor’s commitment to honour Morris’s values and beliefs with a living legacy of creativity that makes space for new perspectives and fosters opportunities for emerging artists, designers and makers.
The Manor supports Signal Festival’s mission to showcase fresh talent and opportunity and to equip and empower young people in Swindon to make art.
