Swindon man appears in court charged with Class A drugs offences

A man has been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with Class A drugs offences and money laundering.

Femi Dadey, 19, of The Foyer in Swindon, appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court today - 25/01.

He is charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin, being concerned in the supply of cocaine and money laundering.

He was remanded in custody and will appear in court again next month.

The court appearance came in the wake of a warrant being executed in Swindon yesterday by Wiltshire Police's Operation Fortitude team, who are committed to tackling drug dealing.

A force spokesperson said in a message to the public: "If you are concerned about drug activity in your area call us on 101 or 999 in an emergency. 

"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111, where information can be left anonymously."
