Swindon Borough Council is inviting people to share their views on adult social care.
Every year, the council supports more than 3,800 adults with care and support needs and 1,560 unpaid carers, helping residents to live as independently as possible.
A spokesperson said: "Now, people across England are being invited to take part in the Big Conversation on Care, a national conversation led by Baroness Casey's Independent Commission on Adult Social Care.
"The Commission wants to hear from people about the future of adult social care, including what good care should look like, who should receive support, the role of families and communities and how care should be funded.
"Whether you receive care, support a loved one, work in health or social care, or simply have views on the future of care, everyone is encouraged to take part."
