Witness appeal following assault on 15-year-old boy in West Swindon

Swindon Police are looking for witnesses to an assault where a 15-year-old boy was pushed and injured in West Swindon.

The force are appealing for witnesses to an assault that took place in Gainsborough Way, West Swindon.
 
The incident happened on 21 September, at approximately 7.15pm, close to Bloomsbury Park.
 
A 15-year-old boy was approached by a male who pushed him causing him an injury to his face.
 
The suspect is described as male, approximately 6 ft 4 inches tall, aged in his 20s, wearing a black balaclava, dark grey Nike tracksuit and black Nike trainers.
 
A spokesperson from Swindon Police said: "Anyone with information should call 101 and quote crime reference number 54220100056."
