Members of the public may see increased activity in the Penhill, Gorse Hill and Seven Fields area of Swindon over the weekend, the police say.
Search teams will be carrying out a detailed search as part of the police activity to locate Bradley Porter, 25, who was reported missing.
He was last been seen leaving a property in Penhill Drive, Swindon in the early hours of Sunday 6 August.
He is understood to have been wearing black jeans and a white hoodie with zips on the front pockets. He was also wearing a white t-shirt, a lightweight waterproof jacket with bright orange patches on the shoulders and a black leather waist bag across his chest and chunky white trainers.
He was riding a white bike which has orange detailing.
Mr Porter's family are very concerned for his welfare and are urging him to let them know that he is safe and well.
A senior officer leading the investigation, Detective Inspector Penny Andrews, said: “We continue to urgently appeal for any information that might help us to find Bradley.
“As well as the searches which are taking place in Swindon over the weekend, we are particularly keen to hear from any who works on the Elgin Industrial estate who may have recorded dash cam footage from 5-25 August. It may well be that this could provide vital information that could help us to find Bradley.
“Bradley’s family are very worried about him and we would urge anyone who can help to get in contact.”
