Swindon Police are appealing for help in finding the victim of an attempted knifepoint robbery on a bus.
The bus was in Devizes and heading towards Swindon.
A force spokesperson said: "On 2 January, between 6.40pm and 7.40pm on the number 49 bus in Devizes towards Swindon, three youths approached the victim and produced a knife in an attempt to steal his trainers.
"The victim has been described only as a boy who lives in Swindon.
"Due to the serious nature of this incident, we are keen to identify him as soon as possible in order to speak with him and progress with our enquiries.
