New buses have been unveiled by Swindon's Bus Company for its popular Calne route.
The firm says it is continuing its investment in new public transport with the two brand new buses.
They will serve the 40 and 42 routes between Calne and Marlborough.
The announcement follows a successful start to Swindon’s Bus Company’s operation of the services, under contract to Wiltshire Council.
Operations manager Paul Coyne said: “Buses in Wiltshire, particularly across rural areas of the county, are an essential method of travel for many. And I am delighted that we have been able to invest £420,000 in these new single decker ADL E200 single decker vehicles.
“These new buses are set to deliver exceptional performance, as well as offering environmental benefits - including lower emissions.
"We’re delighted with the response we’ve had from those travelling with us, since we took over the routes - and we’re looking forward to welcoming even more passengers on-board over the coming months.”
