Officers investigating a robbery in Swindon which resulted in a man's death, are trying to identify two potential witnesses in some CCTV footage.
The victim, Martin Brown, 54, of Queensfield, subsequently died as a result of the injuries he sustained during the incident, which happened in Meadowcroft, Stratton St Margaret, at approximately 11pm on January 27.
Paul Warren, 24, of Victoria Road, Old Town, was arrested and charged with robbery and is due to be sentenced after pleading guilty to the robbery.
Officers carrying out the investigation have identified two people who may be witnesses to the incident and have released CCTV footage in an attempt to identify them.
The first clip shows a man walking along Meadowcroft shortly before the incident took place – the man officers would like to identify is on the right of the footage.

The second clip shows a man riding a bicycle past the incident, before turning left into Beechcroft.

Det Con Dave Topp from the Major Crime Investigation Team, said: “Although short clips, we believe the individuals captured on the CCTV footage may have either witnessed the incident, or may have information which could be significant to our investigation.
“If you recognise the people pictured please get in touch. If you believe one of these people to be you but you do not think you have anything further to report to police please do still get in touch so we can eliminate you from our gathering of witness statements.”
