According to the data released on Saturday, 4 December, there were 99 new confirmed coronavirus cases reported in the previous 24 hours in Swindon, meaning the total rose to 32,843 confirmed cases since the start of the outbreak. In the previous seven days there were 784 new confirmed cases in Swindon. In Wiltshire there had been 372 new cases in the previous 24 hours, meaning the number of people who had tested positive in Wiltshire was 64,748. This meant that in the previous seven days there had been been 2,592 new confirmed cases in Wiltshire.
According to the data released on Sunday, 5 December, there were 65 new confirmed coronavirus cases reported in the previous 24 hours in Swindon, meaning the total rose to 32,908 confirmed cases since the start of the outbreak. In the previous seven days there were 737 new confirmed cases in Swindon. In Wiltshire there had been 341 new cases in the previous 24 hours, meaning the number of people who had tested positive in Wiltshire was 65,089. This meant that in the previous seven days there had been been 2,628 new confirmed cases in Wiltshire.
