Croft Playgroup will hold a special 50th birthday celebration on Saturday, 14 May from 10am to 11.30am.
The playgroup, based in Swindon's Marlborough Lane, was established in 1972 and was originally based at the Croft Sports centre next door to its current location, which it has occupied since 2010.
The team are looking for as much information as possible about the organisation's history, and aims to put together a memory book to share with current and future families, and want to hear from parents, staff and - former - children with memories of Croft Playgroup.
A spokesperson said: "Did your children go to Croft Playgroup? Perhaps you were a member of the committee?
"We would love to hear from you and invite you to join us to reflect everything that Croft Playgroup has meant to families in the local community since it first opened in 1972."
