Witness appeal following fail-to-stop collision between cyclist and child

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a fail-to-stop collision between a cyclist and a child outside St Joseph’s Catholic College, Swindon, last Thursday (21/11).

Between 4pm and 4.20pm, the female cyclist collided with an 11-year-old girl in Ocotal Way, causing her to fall over and fracture her finger, among other injuries.

The cyclist left the scene without checking on the welfare of the child.

The cyclist is described as a white female, of a slim build, with grey hair in a top bun with a fringe.

She was wearing a black padded jacket and Sketcher trainers.
