Swindon Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following a stabbing in Eldene late yesterday afternoon - 8 January.
At around 4.45pm, two unknown suspects targeted the victim, a man in his 20s, assaulting him in Kennedy Drive.
The victim suffered a serious but not life-changing injury and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The suspects, who fled the scene, were dressed all in black with hoods up and are thought to have been riding a black e-bike. Officers remained in the area this morning as the investigation to establish what happened continued.
DS Sarah Munday from Swindon CID said: “We appreciate the community impact that this will cause and please be reassured that we are taking it very seriously.
“While we’re carrying out enquiries, I’d ask anyone who may be able to help to get in touch today.
“If you witnessed the incident, or believe you may have seen the suspects before or after the incident, or have any footage then please come forward.
