Next Monday, GWH will be hosting a talk online, discussing the PERIPrem Project (or Perinatal Excellence to Reduce Injury in Premature Birth).

The talk will take place on Monday 24 April, from 5pm.

Dr Sarah Bates, PERIPrem lead in the South West, will explain how they work to optimising the perinatal culture, with the aim of saving lives and reducing brain injury in preterm babies.

GWH said of the project: "Mothers are informed, involved, and empowered through early conversations and a parent held passport."

Those wishing to join the talk can email [email protected]
