The 'Great to Talk' Trust podcast is available online now through its website, amazon music and Spotify.
The Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust says it will be sharing authentic and in-depth conversations about healthcare in Swindon.
The podcast aims to offer staff, the local community and anyone interested in health and social care, an insight into what GWH do and who they are as an organisation.
The podcast will run in seasons and the first season will focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) hosted by Patrick Ismond, EDI Lead for the Trust.
Season one is kicked off with a discussion on the themes ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’ and the ‘importance of representation and role models’, with Dr Tobenna Onyirioha, the Trust’s Deputy Medical Director, and forms part of GWH's Black History Month celebrations.
