Swindon’s history comes alive next month with the return of Heritage Open Days.
The heritage showcase will take place from 6 to 15 September, and will highlight different aspects of Swindon’s history from the Railway Village to a 19th century graveyard.
More than 30 events have already been announced for the occasion, giving plenty of opportunities to discover more about the Borough’s past.
These include:
- Leaning about the Civic Offices with the Mayor of Swindon
- A guided tour of Radnor Street Cemetery
- Tours of the Health Hydro, which is currently being refurbished
- Exploring Pattern Church Swindon
- Railway Village Story Trail for children
