Swindon MS and Neuro Therapy Centre is launching an online programme to support members through lockdown.
Therapists and staff have come together to bring a free programme full of variety, ranging from seated pilates, breathing and relaxation techniques and wellbeing to socials such as coffee mornings, a book club and bingo.
All sessions will be taking place on Zoom and are free to members, their carers and centre volunteers.
A spokesperson said: "The centre is a one stop shop for people with neurological conditions and their families. We offer mutual understanding and support, providing services to help manage physical symptoms and reduce the progression of neurological conditions.
"The centre is a unique facility, supporting people from Swindon, rural North Wiltshire, and nearby rural areas in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire."
It offers social events, specialist exercise classes, complimentary therapies and oxygen to support the body’s healing, counselling, clinical health advice, benefits advice, respite and specialist advice for carers.
The spokesperson added: "The centre does not receive any funding from the Government nor NHS. Over 50 percent of income comes from member donations and fundraising. The rest from National Lottery, Trusts and Foundations and rental.
"National lockdown and social distancing restrictions has reduced income significantly.
"We are delighted to be offering this programme of FREE sessions over the next few weeks - we hope there’s something suitable for everyone."
