A specialist team of Waste & Recycling Officers has been introduced by Swindon Borough Council.
The three will work with residents, landlords and developers to tackle what the council describes as issues preventing members of the public from playing their part in the ongoing recycling effort.
Kevin, Chris and Tobin will be dealing one-to-one with residents to help make sure they can access the full waste and recycling service and resolving issues including:
- Issuing replacement bins
- Arranging assisted collections where necessary
- Educating people about the best ways to reduce unnecessary waste
A council spokesperson said: "Thank you to everyone across the Borough who is already supporting our efforts to reduce waste and recycle more."
