Bosses at Swindon's Great Western Hospital have issued an appeal to the public amid ongoing industrial action by junior doctors.

It is reminding people that there are other options for those in need of medical assistance or advice, and that using them will reduce the burden on the hospital.
The latest strike action is due to end at 7am on Tuesday, 15 August.
A spokesperson said: "We’re asking the local public to use health services sensibly during the industrial action.
"Hospital may not be the best place to be seen for your treatment needs, so please contact NHS 111 online in the first instance for advice and guidance.
"In an emergency, you should always contact 999."
