Up to 100 tattoo artists will head for Swindon for the town’s first ever tattoo show on Saturday and Sunday, 29 and 30 July.
Tattoo and art fans will be welcome to browse the artists, many of whom will compete to be the best in category and best in show.
A show spokesperson said: "Watch as dozens of people get inked and see the tattooists produce amazing works of art in front of your eyes.
"Fancy some ink of your own? Then get in touch with an artist in advance to see if you can be their canvas for a day or find an artist with availability whilst at the convention.
"Interspersed with the artists will be dozens of stands showing off their ‘alternative wares’ and tattoo related goods from jewellery and clothing to art and homewares.
"There’s guaranteed to be something that you wouldn’t normally be able to find on the high street.
"If you fancy a rest from tattooing and shopping, we’ve got you covered with a diverse range of street food options outside and coffee, cake and two bars inside.
"One of these bars will be dedicated to showing off Black Tears Rum!"
The Great Western Tattoo Show is family friendly and accompanied children aged 14 and under will be admitted free. Tickets are priced at £16.75. Tattoos are available only to those aged at least 18.
