Full Booking Terms and Conditions

Artwork/Copy

If you are sending new, complete copy you will receive an e-mail 5 days before your artwork is due with a reminder of dimensions and the date this is required by, this is your responsibility to ensure artwork reaches us by the given date, if you fail to send in artwork, we reserve the right to repeat copy on file from a previous edition. If you fail to send copy and we have no copy on file we cannot print an advert for you, however you will still be charged full price for the space booked.

Any artwork being designed by Swindon Link, you, the customer needs to send us the information we have requested as soon as possible to allow adequate time to design the artwork and seek approval from the customer Positive Media Group Limited reserves the right to charge an admin fee of £25.00 plus vat for any requested in-house changes to artwork.

Any artwork provided by you the customer must not infringe any other third party copyright, if this occurs this is your liability.

 

Invoices

Invoices will be raised and sent on the 23rd of each month for the following months edition, for example, an invoice raised on the 23rd of July will be for the August edition, an invoice raised on the 23rd August will be for the September edition etc.

Invoices will be sent to the same e-mail address that has just received this booking confirmation. If another e-mail address is preferred, please inform us as soon as possible.

Please ensure invoices are settled in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice, payment can be made via bank transfer, calling the office, online by selecting the 'pay now' option on the invoice, or Direct Debit.

Positive Media Group Limited has the right to charge interest on any account balance that’s beyond the 30 days.

 

Cancellations

if you change your mind you will have 14 days from the date of your booking confirmation to inform us if you wish to cancel unless first insertion has already gone to press. This request must be in writing and sent to your relevant Account Manager (Dave Stewart or Rosy Presley). For longer term advertising campaigns of 2 or more insertions, any requests to cancel must be agreed by Positive Media Group Limited and may be subject to cancellation fees equivalent to loss of business from original booking. These will be confirmed to you before being applied on a final invoice.
