Tommy Hatto, Actor and Founder of wellness company THO, hosted a wellbeing breakfast for local Swindon and Wiltshire business owners to come together to recognise the importance of mental health.

This week (15 - 21 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week and the event was organised to coincide with this national event.

Hosted at The Workshed in Swindon, and in collaboration with Swindon business accelerator programme The Foundry, over 50 local business owners were in attendance - including the Mayor of Swindon Cllr Abdul Amin.

Cllr Amin also gave a short speech around the importance of looking after mental health.

Tommy said: "The whole reason for putting this breakfast on was driven by purpose. To bring local business and community owners together to recognise the importance of mental health. As a business owner, it's a lonely path to walk, and you can find yourself working all hours day and night to get your dream off the ground."

He added: "We put the breakfast on bright and early, to allow everyone to come and grab some breakfast all before going to do their day-to-day 9 to 5. They could wear what they wanted, and it didn't take much time out of their usual working day."
